At Layanaa Wellness We strongly believe in having foundations in the ancient science of Ayurveda. Ayurveda has a holistic definition of beauty that includes inner, outer, and lasting beauty, “Roopam, Gunam, Vayastyag, iti shubhanga karanam”. Where “Roopam” indicates the outer beauty; Personified by shining and healthy hair and clear and radiant skin tone, “Gunam” indicates inner beauty; The beauty that shines from within, Characterized by a warm personality, kind-hearted and innocent mind, and lastly “Vayastyag” indicates the beauty that lasts; feeling and Looking younger than your chronological age, where age is just a number. This resonates with our philosophy Beauty is what you reflect, naturally, on the outer surface and from within.
